Connecting the receiver
If the installation lock is activated (see page 99), you will
be prompted to enter the password (PIN code). (The
device PIN code is set to 0000 by default.)
A new window is opened.
Ö Use the arrow keys "CH ▼" and "CH ▲" to call up the "Antenna
Power" option.
You may choose between the following options:
• On – You may supply an active room antenna with this voltage.
The applied voltage at antenna input A of the receiver is 5 volts.
• Off – You may connect a passive room antenna or home
antenna. No voltage is present at the receiver's antenna output.
Ö Use the "VOL " and "VOL " keys to select the desired setting.
Ö To leave the menu, press the "EXIT" key. Or press the "MENU"
button several times.
Connecting a home antenna or passive room antenna
Ö Connect the antenna cable's connector to the "ANT IN" (Tuner A)
antenna connection on the receiver.
