Basic operating steps
Switching between radio and TV mode
If you find yourself in a menu, leave it by pressing the
"EXIT" key.
You may only switch to radio mode if this is broadcast by
your provider.
Ö To switch between radio mode and TV mode, press the
"TV/Radio" key.
Selecting a channel
Ö To switch to the previous or the next channel, press the "CH ▼"
or "CH ▲" arrow keys on the remote control or the receiver.
Ö You may also switch directly to a station by entering the memory
space number of the station using the numerical keys.
Volume
Ö To increase or reduce the volume, press the volume keys
"VOL " or "VOL ".
Ö To switch the sound off at the receiver, press the "MUTE" key.

Ö In order to record the programme, proceed as described in the
instructions to your video device.
Ö Switch the receiver back to tuner A using the "A/B" button.
The letter "A" appears briefly on the screen and the dot
on the right of the current programme memory location
goes off.
Ö Now you can turn to another channel without affecting the pro-
gramme being recorded.
