Carrying out basic settings
Changing time settings
In the "Timer" sub-menu, you may choose between the "Time
Adjust" and "Time Reservation B" menus.
Time and date settings
The "Time Adjust" menu offers the following setting options:
Setting the timer (Timer Reservation B)
You can program the receiver (tuner B) so that at the desired time it
switches over to a specified channel. This function can be used, for
example, to record a programme from tuner B with the video recor-
der and at the same time watch another program using tuner A.
In order to do so you must have connected both tuners to
the antenna.
Ö Select "Timer Programming B".
Ö Press the "OK" button.
Set the timer as follows:
Ö Switch to the "Timer Number" line and select the desired timer
number.
Ö Select the channel in the following line.
Ö Press the "OK" key. A window with the selected channels is
opened.
Ö Choose the desired channel with the "CH ▼" and "CH ▲" arrow
keys.
Ö Confirm by pressing the "OK" key.
Setting Explanation
Set Local Time
Ö Set the deviation from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) here.
Summer Time
Ö Activate or deactivate the use of summer time here.
Year/Month/ Ö Set the specified values.
