INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Position your completed Wood Mantel close to its final location. Make sure you can access the back of the Fireplace, as your Electric Fireplace Insert will be installed from the back. With the help of an assistant, carefully lift completed unit and place it with the front facing out in the final location you have chosen for your fireplace. Make sure to secure the electrical cord before lifting or moving completed fireplace.

SECTION 3: PREPARING FIREPLACE FOR USE Figure 4 REMOTE CONTROL MESH CURTAIN IN PLASTIC BAGS ZIP TIE 4) Inside the curtain bag on the left side is a smaller bag which contains a box. This box contains the remote control transmitter. 5) Remove the remote control transmitter from the box and install the included batteries. Follow the instructions in the following sections to operate the controls of your electric fireplace.
SECTION 4: OPERATION CONTROL PANEL FUNCTIONS TO ACCESS CONTROL PANEL- Open the front glass doors, then slide the mesh curtains to the sides. Lift the hinged door that covers the control panel (figure 5). EFFECT - MAIN POWER The MAIN POWER button supplies power to all of the functions of the fireplace. This button must be in the ON position for any of the functions to work including the remote. The EFFECT button will turn on the rolling effect of flame, emberbed, logs and downlight in random way.
REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS THE REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES WORK SEAMLESSLY WITH THE CONTROL PANEL FEATURES. THE REMOTE TRANSMITTER MUST BE AIMED AT THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE FIREPLACE. IF THE REMOTE TRANSMITTER IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE REPLACE THE BATTERIES WITH NEW ONE. Please notes the remote receiver is located on the upper right corner of the unit (picture 8). Must be aimed at the upper right corner of the fireplace for your remote control operation.
SECTION 6: MAINTENANCE The motors used on the fan and the flame generator assembly are pre-lubricated for extended bearing life and require no further lubrication. However, periodic cleaning/vacuuming of the fan/heater unit is recommended. The louvers/vent in the control door should be cleaned periodically, both inside and out. When the control door is in the open position the heater grill/screen should be vacuumed. The area around the controls should also be kept clean.

DIRECTIVES D’INSTALLATION Placez l’ensemble de votre manteau de cheminée en bois, près de l’endroit où vous désirez l’installer. À l’aide d’un tournevis cruciforme, retirez les vis et les supports de montage métalliques, fixés de chaque côté de l’ouverture centrale du foyer. Par la suite, déballez délicatement le foyer électrique encastrable.

SECTION 6 : ENTRETIEN Les moteurs utilisés pour le ventilateur et l’ensemble générateur de flammes sont pré-lubrifiés pour prolonger leur vie utile et ne requièrent aucune autre lubrification. Cependant, il est recommandé de nettoyer et passez l’aspirateur périodiquement sur l’unité de chaufferette / ventilateur. Les évents à lames de la porte du panneau de contrôle devraient être nettoyés régulièrement, à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur.

Levante la puerta con pernios, que cubre el panel de control (ilustración 5). - MAIN POWER (Energía eléctrica principal) El botón “MAIN POWER” (energía eléctrica principal) le suministra energía eléctrica a todas las funciones de la chimenea.

SECCIÓN 6: MANTENIMIENTO Los motores utilizados para el ventilador y el generador de llamas están prelubrificados, para prolongar la vida útil y no requieren ninguna lubrificación adicional. Pero, recomendamos limpiar y pasar el aspirador periódicamente, sobre la unidad del calentador/ ventilador. Debe limpiar regularmente las tomas de aire de la puerta del panel de control, adentro y afuera. Cuando la puerta está en posición abierta, debe pasar el aspirador sobre la rejilla del calentador.
