PREPARATION
✓ READ SDS BEFORE HANDLING & APPLICATION
✓ Highly recommended to test a small inconspicuous area rst.
✓ TURN OFF SPRINKLERS FOR TWO DAYS PRIOR TO AND AFTER.
✓ Always protect neighboring surfaces including wood,
carpet, metal, landscaping and other non-masonry surfaces.
✓ Caution: Surface is slippery when wet.
✓ New concrete must cure for 28 days before sealer is apply.
INSTALLATION
1. Prepare surface by carefully and thoroughly removing all
traces of any foreign matter.
2. Apply 1st coat of Matte Sealer by a roller or sprayer.
Note: System thickness 1-2 wet mils. per coat. Do not allow to
puddle. Puddles will result in a white haze.
3. After 30 to 60 minutes, repeat step (2) for the 2nd coat.
4. A 3rd application may be required in high traffic areas. Cure
Time at 77°F: Dry to touch in 30 minutes, re-coat after 30 to 60
minutes. Light foot traffic after 12 hours. Allow full cure and
vehicle parking after 7 days.

It is HIGHLY recommended that on-site samples and mock-ups
be made by the applicator. Representative test sections must
be produced for the owner’s approval in writing and to ensure
that applicators are familiar with the product and installation
procedures.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS:
Use only with adequate ventilation. An appropriate cartridge type
respirator must be used during application in conned areas. Avoid
contact with skin. Protective gloves, eyewear and clothing are recom-
mended.
PROP 65 WARNING:
Classic Coatings, as a blender of processed material in the State of Cal-
ifornia, is required by Proposition 65 to warn that one or more of the
components contained in the product contain chemicals known to the
State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive
harm. The State of California (Proposition 65) requires this warning in
the absence of denitive testing to prove that the dened risks do not
exist. We believe this product complies with all other applicable state
and federal laws and regulations governing manufacturing, distribu-
tion and intended use. User is solely responsible for the legal disposal
of this container and/or its contents.
WARRANTY:
Classic Coatings products are warranted for one year after date of
purchase. Please refer to the Limited Material warranty for addition-

manufactured to strict quality assurance specications and that the

MAINTENANCE
For interior only: Clean with water and soap only. Do not
use chemicals.
For exterior only:
Clean with water. Improper maintenance
will result in wearing out your surface. If this occurs, use
Classic Strip Away to remove sealers and stains in order to re
apply desired stain and sealer. Note that Classic Strip Away
will remove any coats of sealers and stains on your surface.
