Classic Matte Water Based Sealer is an acrylic, single component sealer that is designed to be
used over all of our stains and on polymer-modified cement toppings, waterborne colorants,
concrete, brick, masonry, pavers, Spanish tile, stucco, and some natural stone. Be sure to
properly prepare surfaces before applying. It is a zero VOC sealer that has no fumes and low
odor. It may be used for interior and exterior applications in a wide range of climates. It is
excellent at repelling water, provides high UV stability, and will not yellow. It is formulated
primarily as a clear seal for applications over concrete restoration projects and pool deck
coatings. It is ideal for when a low maintenance, easily cleanable surface is desired. It is
environmentally safe, has excellent adhesion, and durability. It is a low-cost sealer that is easy
to clean with just soap and water. Caution: slippery when wet. Add (CGG12oz) Classic
Gator Grip to combat slipperiness. New concrete must cure for 28 days.
