Classic Matte is a clear, water-based acrylic, single-component sealer. Its low VOC
water-based formula ensures minimal environmental impact, while its high solids
ensure robust performance and lasting protection. This versatile sealer is suitable for
application on both vertical and horizontal surfaces, as well as interior and exterior
areas in a wide range of climates. Functioning as an exceptional water-repellent and
UV stabilizer, Classic Matte Sealer preserves surfaces without yellowing over time.
Originally formulated for concrete restoration projects and pool deck coatings, it
also serves as a reliable sand joint stabilizer when applied to properly prepared
surfaces. Designed to deliver a low-maintenance, easily cleanable nish, Classic
Matte Sealer is the ideal choice for those seeking durability and convenience. Its
environmentally friendly composition ensures safe usage and eortless cleanup
with just soap and water.
COVERAGE: 300-400 sq. ft. per gallon (2 coats) depending on the condition of the surface
and the method of application. Recommended application is 2 coats using a pump sprayer
and back rolling with a 3/8” nap roller.
NOTE: Over time, the sealer may wear down, particularly in areas with high trac. It is
advisable to reapply the sealer to areas where the sealer has worn down. Prior to use, test
a small area of the surface to ensure the sealer is compatible.
WARNING: SURFACE IS SLIPPERY WHEN WET. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Prevent the sealer from draining into the street to help keep the oceans clean.
FIRST AID: Do not ingest. If ingested, seek medical attention immediately. Contact with
eyes or skin may cause irritation. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
If irritation occurs, seek medical attention. Always use gloves, safety goggles, and
appropriate OSHA/NOSH approved respirator in areas with poor ventilation both indoors
and outdoors. Refer to TDS and SDS for handling instructions.

1 GAL. (3.8 LITERS) - COVERS APPROx. 300-400 sq. ft.
APPLICATION:
1) Prepare surface by thoroughly removing all trace of any foreign matter.
2) Mix well before use. Apply 1st coat with a brush, 3/8” nap roller, or pump sprayer.
Sealer appears milky but dries clear. System thickness 2-3 wet mils. per coat.
3) After 1- 2 hours, repeat step (2) for the 2nd coat.
4) A 3rd application may be required in high trac areas.
Cure time at 77°F: Dry to touch in 30 minutes, allow light foot trac after
12 hours, and full cure in 7 days.
LIMITATIONS:
Recommended application temperature is between 55° F and 95° F. Must be
installed over a clean dry surface. Surface must not contain moisture and eores-
cence. Not freeze thaw and not for use underwater. If using high performance tires
we recommend using a 2 part polyurethane sealer.
