The tank level has two flash rates: FAST (1.6Hz) and SLOW (.8Hz). AlternaFLASH flashes two lights
alternately at the SLOW flash rate.
“Wave off” pattern : two center LEDs, two outer LEDs flashing quickly for 8 cycles.
