Note:
1. The calibration certificate of DASY can be referred to appendix E of this report.
2. The Insertion Loss calibration of Dual Directional Coupler and Attenuator were characterized via
the network analyzer and compensated during system check.
3. The dielectric probe kit was calibrated via the network analyzer, with the specified procedure
(calibrated in pure water) and calibration kit (standard) short circuit, before the dielectric
measurement. The specific procedure and calibration kit are provided by Speag.
4. In system check we need to monitor the level on the power meter, and adjust the power amplifier
level to have precise power level to the dipole; the measured SAR will be normalized to 1W input
power according to the ratio of1W to the input power to the dipole. For system check, the
