Insufficient water onto the brushes
The machine does not clean
satisfactorily
The squeegee does not dry the floor
The vacuum motor does not function
The machine does not start
The brush motors do not work
WARNING: To avoid damage to the floor,
the motor starts only when the machine
goes forward.
It is not possible to raise or lower the
brush head unit.
The horn does not work.
Make sure the solution flow valve is open
Fill the solution tank.
Clean the solution filter.
Reset the circuit breaker.
Check the brushes and replace if necessary.
(the brushes have to be replaced when the
bristles reach approximately .59 inches (15mm
height.)
Use a different kind of brush. For cleaning
operations on floors where the dirt proves to be
particularly resistant, we recommend using spe-
cial brushes. See Accessories page.
Clean the squeegee.
Adjust the height of the squeegee support. See
“How to Adjust the Squeegee”.
Clean the suction group. See “Routine Mainte-
nance” section.
Replace the squeegee blades. See “Routine
Maintenance” section.
Reset the circuit breaker.
Put the squeegee in the low or middle position.
The operator must be properly seated in the
driving position.
Release the parking brake.
Turn the key to the “ON” position.
Connect the connector to the batteries.
Check to make sure the batteries are connected
properly and charge if necessary.
Reset the circuit breaker.
Put the brush head unit down.
Check to make sure the batteries are connected
properly and charge if necessary.
Connect the electrical connection at the brush
head unit.
Reset the circuit breaker.
Reset the circuit breaker.
PROBLEM CAUSE ACTION
The solution flow valve is not open.
There is no water in the solution tank.
The solution filter is dirty.
A circuit breaker has tripped.
The brushes are worn.
Need to use a different kind of brush.
The squeegee is dirty.
The height of the squeegee support needs
to be adjusted.
The suction group needs to be cleaned.
The squeegee blades are worn.
The circuit breaker has tripped.
The squeegee up/down switch in not in the
low or middle position.
The operator is not properly seated.
The parking brake is engaged.
The key is not in the “ON position”.
The connector is not connected to the batter-
ies.
The batteries are not charged or not con-
nected properly.
The circuit breaker has tripped.
The brush head unit is not down.
The batteries are not charged or not con-
nected properly.
Poor electrical connection at the brush head
unit.
The circuit breaker has tripped.
The circuit breaker has tripped.
