ADJUSTMENTS
TO SET WEDGE RAM STROKE
Adjusting the ram stroke will set the height which the ram will return to, when
you release the control levers.
1. Press down on both control levers until the splitting we
dge is at the desired
height.
• The upper position of the ram wedge should be about 3-5 cm
above the logs being split.
2. Release one control lever and then switch off the motor.
• The ram will remain in its current position.

Locking Screw
Release the locking screw.
4. Raise ram travel adjusting rod until
it is
stopped by the spring inside.
5. Tighten the locking screw.
6. Switch on motor.
STORAGE
When you have finish working with your log splitter:
1. Disconnect the log splitter from the mains supply.
2. Tighten the oil tank cover / air bleeder.
3. Clean the unit down using a dry cloth.
