FITTING THE BLADE GUARD
1. Mount the blade guard on to the
riving knife as shown.
• The shaft or the blade guard
securing handle hooks into the
slot on the riving knife.
2. Use the blade guard securing
handle to secure the blade
guard.
• Do not tighten the blade guard
securing handle too far - the
blade guard must be able to rise and fall freely.
3. Attach the extractor hose to the
extractor socket of the blade
guard.
4. To remove the saw blade guard,
proceed in reverse order.
The guard must always be lowered over the workpiece before you begin to
cut.
CHANGING THE TABLE INSERT
To reduce the likelihood of injury, the table insert should be changed
whenever it is worn or damaged.
1. Remove the countersunk screws.
2. Take out the worn table insert.
3. Replace with a new table insert
available from the Clarke
Parts Department.

THE EXTRACTOR ADAPTER.
