Always avoid leaving the unit in a state of discharge. CHARGING USING THE MAINS ADAPTOR 1. Insert the charger lead into the charging jack socket. 2. Connect the mains adaptor to the mains outlet.

With the vehicle running, Connect the end of the 12V male-to-male car power cord which does not had a LED light on it to the DC 12V socket on your CSS1. 2. Put the other end (which has a LED on it) into the vehicle's lighter socket. 3. Select the required function using the switches as normal.
