Unlocking from the side: Slide the tool in from the side. It will
ride up over the lock and catch it. Pull the lock back to unlock.
Unlocking from the bottom: Slide the tool in from the bot-
tom, keeping the open side of the hook to the left, as shown.
Catch the lock and pull down.
