Troubleshooting XML document access
If you have trouble accessing XML documents with the Web Publishing Engine, verify that:
1 The extended privileges in the database are set for XML Custom Web Publishing and assigned to a user
account. See
“Enabling Custom Web Publishing in a database” on page 19.
1 The database is hosted on the Database Server component of the FileMaker Server deployment, and is
opened by FileMaker Server. See FileMaker
Server Help.
1 The database account name and password you are using, if any, are correct.
1 The web server component of the FileMaker Server deployment is running.
