Configuring the Web Publishing Engine 33
To configure the Web Publishing Engine for the first time:
1. Start the Administration Console by entering the following URL in a web browser on any computer that
has access to the web server:
<scheme>://<host>[:<port>]/fmi/config
where:
1 <scheme> can be the HTTP or HTTPS protocol.
1 <host> is the IP address or domain name of the host where the web server is installed.
1 <port> is optional and specifies the port that the web server is using. If no port is specified, then the
default port for the protocol is used (port 80 for HTTP, or port 443 for HTTPS).
For example:
http://192.168.100.110/fmi/config
http://localhost/fmi/config
http://webserver123.company.com/fmi/config
The initial setup page of the Administration Console appears. This page only appears the first time you
use the Administration Console.
