View by Guest <guest name> Detailed information on a single guest, including
the database files that guest has open and time
values in the Connected for and Idle for columns
View by Database All Databases A list of the database files hosted by FileMaker Pro
Server, with the number of guests connected to each
database and the folders containing the files
View by Database <folder name> A list of the database files in the selected folder,
including the number and names of the guests
connected to each database
