Changing a schedule
To modify a schedule:
1. Choose Schedules from the Edit menu.
2. In the Schedules dialog box, select the schedule you want to change in the
list, and choose an option.
3. Click Done.
Note If you see a folder name in italics in the Operate on pop-up menu, it
means no database files in that file are currently open. While the files are
closed, you can edit the details of schedules defined for them.
Quitting FileMaker Pro Server
Quitting FileMaker Pro Server disconnects all FileMaker Pro guests (after
notification messages appear on all guest computers) and closes all database
files hosted by FileMaker Pro Server.
To quit FileMaker Pro Server:
1. Choose Quit from the File menu.

Edit the schedule details Click Edit, make your changes in the Edit Schedule dialog box,
and then click OK. (You can also double-click a schedule in the
list to display the Edit Schedule dialog box.)
Disable a schedule or
all schedules
Click the checkmark next to the schedule. The word Disabled
appears in the Next Run column. (Click again to add a checkmark
and enable the schedule.) To temporarily disable all schedules,
click Disable all schedules. Click again to enable the schedules.
Change the schedule name Type a new name in the Schedule Name text box, and then
click Rename.
Copy the schedule Click Duplicate. A copy of the schedule appears in the list, with the
word Copy after it. You can rename the schedule, if you want.
Delete a schedule Click Delete, and then click OK in the confirmation dialog box.
