Running a schedule
Schedules usually run automatically, according to the settings in the Edit
Schedule dialog box. You may find you need to back up files at an
unscheduled time. Before you run a schedule, be sure the files you want to
back up are open.
To run a schedule:
1. Choose Schedules from the Edit menu.
2. In the Schedules dialog box, select the schedule you want to run, and then
click Run Now.
The text in the Next Run column changes to Waiting to Run and then
to Running.
Note When a schedule is running, the Run Now button changes to Stop
Run. Click Stop Run to halt a schedule in progress. It may take a few
moments for the schedule to stop. Refer to the log file for details on how
much of the schedule was performed. FileMaker Pro Server attempts to
delete any files only partially copied to the Backup To folder.
