Sending messages to guests
To send a message at any time to one or more guests:
1. In the administer window, make a selection.
2. Click Send Message.
You see the Send Message dialog box with the name of the selected
recipient(s) in the title bar.
3. For Message to send, type text, and then click OK.
FileMaker Pro Server sends the message to the selected recipient(s).
Closing a database file
To close a database and disconnect any guests accessing it:
1. In the administer window, select View by Database (if not already selected).
You must be viewing by database to use the Close Database button (see
“Using the administer window” on page 2-5).
2. Select a file or folder in the list.
