If new database creation has been disabled in your installation of FileMaker Pro, it will
not be possible to convert foreign file types such as Microsoft Excel or tab delimited
files into FileMaker Pro databases. However, you can still import the data from other
file types into FileMaker Pro (if you open the database with a password that allows
you to import). If you need more information, contact your system administrator.

Close File [Current File/”<filename>”]
Options
Specify lets you select a FileMaker Pro database to close. Choose Add File Reference
to specify a file or add additional filenames to the Specify list. Choose Define File
References to modify or delete a file referencee you’ve already added to the list.
Web compatibility
This script step is not web-compatible.
Description
Closes the specified file. If you do not specify a file, FileMaker Pro stops the currently
running script and closes the database that the script is running from.
Note If a user moves the specified file, FileMaker Pro might not be able to close the file.
