Importing and exporting data 8-13
8. In the Summarize By dialog box, choose one or more fields to
summarize by.
Move the pointer to the left of the field name, and then click to
choose it.
9. Click OK.
10.Repeat steps 7 through 9 to export additional subsummary values that
are sorted by the same break field.
Repeat steps 2 through 9 to export subsummary values that are sorted
by other break fields.
11.Select a format option for the fields, and then click Export.

Choose FileMaker Help Index from the Help menu, and then type:
