If you’re creating an embedded object, the other application opens a
separate window or replaces some menu commands in the current
window. See “Activating and deactivating OLE objects” on page D-7.
Keep these points in mind:
1 You can embed an object by using drag and drop. For example, you
can select one paragraph in a Microsoft Word document, and then use
drag and drop to add it to a FileMaker Pro container field. See “Using
drag and drop to move information” on page 4-13.
1 You can paste OLE objects into a container field or layout. See
