5. Select the print range, number of copies and other printing settings,
and then click OK.
To print a current view of OLE objects, select Update all Links before
printing. Deselect this option for faster printing. (See appendix D,
“Linking and embedding objects.”)
Keep these points in mind:
1 To stop printing, press Esc or click Cancel in the Print dialog box.

Blank record, showing fields, and

A blank record using the current layout. Use this option
to create a form that represents your database. Choose
as formatted to print the fields as specified in the Field
Borders dialog box. (See “Adding borders, fill, and
baselines to fields” on page 3-72.)

formulas and entry options
