1. In Layout mode, select a container field, and then choose Graphic
from the Format menu.
To format more than one container field at a time, Shift-click each
field to format, and then choose Graphic from the Format menu.
2. In the Graphic Format dialog box, select options, and then click OK.
Keep these points in mind:
1 For information about adding a graphic to a container field, see
“Working with container fields” on page 4-6.
1 You can also add graphics to a layout as objects or as OLE objects.

in the frame
