Editing the Preset Location Name
By default, all Preset number locations have a label that
consists of “Preset” followed by a number (e.g., “Preset 7”).
As instructed below, you can modify the label so that you
can associate a number with an individual, a place name,
information service, etc.

To set or change the label associated with a Preset
location—
1.
Use the “Previous” or “Next” voice commands to select
the Preset location that contains the label you want to
edit. Alternatively, toggle the Selector Control up or
down until you find the Preset location you want.
2.
Say “Number” or press the MENU button and choose
Edit Number. This brings up the number edit form.
3.
Press the MENU button and then select Edit Label. This
brings up the label edit form.
4.
Toggle the Selector Control up or down until you find
the letter or number you want to enter in the edit box.
Alternatively, use the Keypad to enter the letter or
number you want.
5.
As the cursor moves to the right, repeat step 4 as
necessary.
6.
When you are finished, press ENTER to save or BACK to
cancel. The system will return you to the previous
screen.
