Chapter 1—Introduction
Developed by InfoGation Corporation of San Diego,
California, PhoneBase integrates cellular telephone
functionality into the Auto PC platform. The program
provides a hands-free, voice-based interface that allows you
to enter and call numbers, set and store numbers in preset
locations, answer the phone automatically, select and dial
numbers from a list of recently called numbers, and view
call statistics in the Auto PC display.
