PRECAUTION I PRECAUTIONS I VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN I PRECAUZIONI
1. Do not install the remote control unit in a location
where it may interfere with the airbag.
2. Do not install the remote control unit in a location
where it may block the view of instrument panel
meters.
3. Use the supplied belt to firmly secure the remote
control unit to the steering wheel. Make sure that it
does not interfere with normal driving as this could
lead to
an accident.
4. Do not attach the remote control unit on the outside
of the steering wheel as this could lead to an acci-
dent. Attach it on the inside of the steering wheel.
5. The signal from the remote control unit may not reach
the remote control sensor depending on how the
remote control unit is located. Before securing the
remote control unit, make sure that it operates nor-
mally in the chosen location. If it does not, choose
another location
or attach the supplied dispersion
sheet on the remote control sensor of the CeNET
center unit. (Select the sheet (large, medium or
small)
that suits the size of the remote control sensor. Con-
sult your dealer if you cannot find the remote control
sensor.)
6. Install the remote control unit on the right or left side
of the steering wheel, whichever is closest
to the
remote control sensor. (Thus the left side of
the steer-
ing wheel
in a car with the steering wheelan the
right and on the right side in a car with the steering
wheelan the left side.) Otherwise, the remote con-
trol signal may not reach the remote control sensor
and the unit will not work.

5. Selon I'emplacement de la telecommande, il est
possible que
Ie signal de la telecommande ne par-
vienne pas au capteur de telecommande. Avant de
fixer la telecommande, assurez-vous qu'elle fane-
tionne normalement a I'emplacement choisi.
Si elle
ne fonctionne pas normalement, choisissez
un autre
enlpl;iCE)m.l~nt. ou fixez la feuille de dispersion four-
de telecommande de !'element
central (Selectionnez la feuille (grande,
moyenne
ou petite) qui convient pour la taille du cap-
teur de telecommande. Si vous ne trouvez pas
Ie
capteur de telecommande. consultez votre reven-
deur. )
6. Installez la telecommande sur Ie cote droit ou sur Ie
cote gauche du volant, asavoir Ie plus pres du cap-
teur de telecommande. (Ainsi, sur
Ie cote gauche du
volant d'une voiture
aconduite adroite, et sur Ie cote
droit du volant d'une voiture a
conduilea gauche.)
Sinon.
Ie signal de telecommande risque de ne pas
parvenir
au capteur de telecommande et !'appareil
ne fonctionnera pas.
1. Die Fernbedienung nicht an einer Stelle anbringen,
wo sie den Airbag behindern konnte.
2. Die Fernbedienung nicht an einer Stelle anbringen,
wo sie die Sicht auf die Anzeigen des Armaturen-
bretts behindert.
3. Die Fernbedienung mit dem mitgelieferten Riemen
fest am Lenkrad anbringen. Dabei darauf achten, das
durch die Anbringung das Fahren nicht behindert
und ein Unfall verursacht wird.
4. Die Fernbedienung nicht auBen am Lenkrad anbrin-
gen, da dies einen Unfall verursachen konnte. Sie
sollte innen im Lenkrad angebracht werden.
5. Abhangig davon, wo sich die Fernbedienung befin-
det, k6nnte das Signal von
der Fernbedienung nicht
den Fernbedienungssensor erreichen. Deshalb vor
Befestigung der Fernbedienung
prOlen, ob sie an der
gewahlten Stelle einwandfrei bedient werder kann.
Sollte dies nicht
del'. Fall sein, eine andere Stelle
wahlen oder das mitgelieferte Streuungsfolie beim
Fernbedienungssensor
der CeNET-Steuereinheit
anbringen. (Eine Folie (groB, mittel oder klein) wah-
len, die
der GroBe des Fernbedienungssensors ent-
spricht. Wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Handler, wenn
Sie den Fernbedienungssensor nicht finden.)
6. Die Fernbedienung an der rechten oder linken Seite
des Lenkrads anbringen, welche jeweils naher zum
Fernbedienungssensor ist. (An
der linken Seite des
Lenkrads bei einem Fahrzeug mit Rechtssteuerung
und an der rechten Seite bei einem Fahrzeug mit
Linkssteuerung.) Sonst konnte das Fernbedienungs-
signal nicht den Fernbedienungssensor erreichen,
wodurch das Gerat nicht funktioniert.

control unit on the steering wheel of a car

the right side.

of the steering wheel.
Make sure that the installation of the remote control
unitdoes notpreventnormal driving andthat
the remote
control signal reaches the remote control sensor.
