GENERAL CAUTIONS /

一般注意事項

1. Do not open the case. There are no user serviceable parts inside. If you drop anything into

the unit during installation, consult your dealer or an authorized CLARION service center.

2. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the case. Never use hard cloth, thinner, benzen, alcohol, etc.

For tough dirt, apply a little cold or warm water to a soft cloth and wipe off the dirt gentry.

∗1 Leave the protective caps on wire terminals which are not connected.

CAUTION: Please make sure when connecting external power amplifier, that you properly, to the

car chassis, ground the amplifier. If this is not done, severe damage to the source unit

may happen.

CAUTIONS ON WIRING /

接線中的注意事項

1. Be sure to turn the power off when wiring.

2. Be particularly careful where you route the wires.

Keep them well away from the engine, exhaust pipe, etc. Heat may damage the wires.

3. If the fuse should blow, check that the wiring is correct.

If it is, replace the fuse with a new one with the same amperage rating as the original one.

4. To replace the fuse, open the lock on the source unit side, remove the old fuse and insert the

new one. (Figure 10)

There are various types of fuse cases. Do not let the battery side terminal touch other

metal parts.

2. 請特別注意布線位置-

使導線遠離發動機､排氣管等-高溫可能損壞導線-

3. 如果保險絲燒斷﹐請檢查接線是否正確-

如果接線正確﹐則請用與原來保險絲額定安培數相同的新保險絲更換-

4. 更換保險絲時﹐打開音源裝置側的鎖定﹐取出舊保險絲后裝入新保險絲-（圖 10）

因為有各種類型的保險絲盒﹐因此﹐切勿使電池側的端子接觸到其他金屬部分-
