5. OPERATIONS Handling Discs Basic Operations Note: Handling Storage • New discs may have some roughness around the edges. If such discs are used, the player may not work or the sound may skip. Use a ball-point pen or the like to remove any roughness from the edge of the disc. • Do not expose discs to direct sunlight or any heat source. • Do not expose discs to excess humidity or dust. • Do not expose discs to direct heat from heaters.

6) Cautions on Wiring 1. Be sure to turn the power off when wiring. 2. Be particularly careful where you route the wires. Keep them well away from the engine, exhaust pipe, etc. Heat may damage the wires. 3. If the fuse should blow, check that the wiring is correct. If it is, replace the fuse with a new one with the same amperage rating as the original one. 4. To replace the fuse, open the lock on the source unit side, remove the old fuse and insert the new one.

Si les actions répétitives sont effectuées trop rapidement, des erreurs imprévues peuvent survenir. • Pour effectuer des opérations sur l'iPod avec le mode de contrôle simple, ne faites pas fonctionner l'iPod et l'appareil en même temps pour éviter tout dysfonctionnement. • Certains modèles d'iPod ne prennent pas cette fonction en charge.

USB 6. DÉPANNAGE Problème GÉNÉRALITÉS Problème L'appareil refuse de s'allumer. Il ne se passe rien lorsque l'on appuie sur les boutons. Le fusible de la batterie du bateau est grillé. Remplacer par un nouveau fusible de même ampérage. Il y a eu un dysfonctionnement du microprocesseur dû au bruit, etc. L'affichage est inexact. Déconnecter, puis reconnecter le périphérique USB. Si le périphérique n'est toujours pas reconnu, essayez de remplacer par un périphérique USB différent.
