6. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause and correction of the defects
The product does not
work.
• The product is not turned on.
à Press the ON / OFF button (2) to turn the product
on.
• The battery is not fully charged.
à Charge the battery.
• A substantial impact (e.g. overturning of the product
when stepping off) has shaken the product. The
warning-LED (5) lights up red.
à Turn the product off and on again.
The warning-LED (5)
ashes red and a
warning signal emits.
• You are driving too fast.
à Reduce the speed and step off slowly and carefully.
• You are driving over steep slopes.
à Reduce the speed and step off slowly and carefully.
• The wheels (3) are blocked up.
à Reduce the speed and step off slowly and carefully.
Remove leaves, small stones and similar objects
which are blocking the wheels.
• The battery capacity is too low.
à Reduce the speed and step off slowly and carefully.
Charge the battery completely.

8. Warranty
The scope of delivery of this product contains a warranty card. If the product
has processing defects, is damaged or if it was dropped, do not use the product.
