Do not disconnect the battery charger from the power supply
by pulling the power cord. Always pull the plug itself.

3. Use
This chapter provides information on how to use the product correctly. For your
own safety and for the life-time of the product, it is important to adhere to these
instructions.
3.1 Beforerstuse
Carefully remove the product and the accessories from the packaging.
Check package contents for completeness and damage. Do not operate
the product if package content is incomplete or appear damaged. Return it
immediately to the dealer.
Dispose of packaging material in accordance with legal provisions.
Store the packaging material if you want to use it to pack ship or transport the
product. Store it in such a way that it cannot cause harm.
WARNING – Risk of suffocation! Packaging materials are not
toys. Plastic bags, foils and Styrofoam parts can suffocate
children. Always keep all packaging materials away from
children.
3.2 Battery charging
WARNING Danger of injury! Do not use the product if the
battery capacity is below 10% in order to avoid damages to the
battery and the product. Charge it immediately.
NOTE – It is recommended to always charge the battery
completely.
WARNING Do not connect the battery charger (8, 9), if the
charging port (1) is wet.
The charging port (1) is located next to
the ON / OFF button (2) (Fig. 1).
Connect the charging cable (8) with the
power cord (9).
Connect the other end of the charging
cable (8) with the charging port (1).
Connect the power cord (9) to a
mains socket. Pay attention to the
specications on the battery charger’s
rating plate (8, 9).
