2.2 General safety instructions

DANGER – The use of this product can be

dangerous! Get used to your product step-by-step

andallowyourselfsufcienttimetopractice.

• Permitted maximum speed is 10 km/h. If you drive faster a

warning sound is emitted.

• Pregnant women as well as persons with disabilities and

persons with heart conditions, high blood pressure or limited

mobility must not use this product.

• Do not use the product after consuming alcohol or medicine.

• The product should only be used, if the surrounding allows

the user and others to be safe during use.

• Pay attention to any obstacles directly in front of you and

in the distance - an unobstructed view contributes to a safe

use.

• Keepbothfeetatonthefootpadswhenusingtheproduct.

• Only use the product at speeds, which is safe for you and

persons in your surroundings.

• If you are using the product together with other people

(in a group), ensure to keep sufcient distances to avoid

accidents.

• When turning, keep control over your center of gravity as not

to lose balance and fall down.

• Do not get distracted during use by talking on the phone,

listening to the music or simply daydreaming!

• Do not use on wet surfaces, drive backwards over long

distances or turn at high speeds.

• Do not use the product at night or in poorly lit areas.

• Do not use the product to drive over obstacles, inclined

surfaces, slopes, ice or snow.

• In case the product has manufacturing defects, is damaged

or was dropped, do not use the product. Contact the service

hotline on the warranty card.
