contracts are easily ordered with your products online with
a single click or conveniently over the phone. The service
can cover any device of your choice – forms and applications
are not necessary. Simply add the service options of your
choosing when you order:
Extended Warranty: Merely 9 percent
extra and you acquire almost all of our
products with a full three-year manufacturer-
independent warranty. Freely combine Pre-
Exchange Service and Extended Warranty for
even more security.
Jarltech gives you the opportunity to offer your customers
excellent service for protection against defects that are not
covered by the manufacturer‘s warranty. Regardless whether
the cause is a drop, carelessness, exceptional stress,
negligence or untrained personnel, with Jarltech‘s Full Cover
Warranty, you will not be bothered by expensive servicing or
unexpected maintenance costs for new hardware any longer.
At an extra cost of 18 percent, you receive an all-inclusive
service package »Made by Jarltech«. If a device fails during
the first three years after purchase, whatever the cause, we
repair it or replace it with an equivalent device. Forms and
time-consuming quotations are not required.
The advantage for your customers is obvious: even though
it includes a higher initial cost, during the warranty period,
Pre-Exchange Service: Should a device that was purchased
with a Pre-Exchange Service Contract break down during the
warranty period, a simple phone call to Jarltech is all it takes
to promptly receive a replacement device* – delivered to
you or directly to your customer. Then, you simply send back
the defective device within the next ten days. You keep the
replacement device and do not need to exchange it again.
A single payment of merely 8 percent of the original product
price is necessary to purchase this service. The service is valid
for the entire warranty period, even for extended warranties.

can rest assured, as defective hardware is always replaced.
The Jarltech Full Cover Warranty is available for all products
priced 150 euros/150 pounds and above. All wearing parts
such as consumables or print heads, etc. are excluded from
the warranty. However, all damage that was not caused by
vandalism, fire or deliberate destruction, is covered by this
warranty. Included in the package is a Warranty Extension to
three years and coverage of damages that are not covered by
the original warranty.
