3-10-2 Disassembly and Assembly of Rewinder Model
The disassembly procedure is explained mainly. When assembling the parts, follow the disassembly
procedure in reverse.
♦ Removing the Cutter Chassis
1) Remove the E rings (2 pcs.), and remove the cutter chassis from the base frame.
* Pull the bottom (where the mounting holes are located) of the cutter chassis outwards
when removing the cutter chassis.
♦ Removing the Sector Gear Plate 1
1) Remove screw A (1 pc.), and remove sector gear plate 1 from the platen chassis.
♦ Removing the Platen Chassis
1) Remove washer A (1 pc.), washers B (3 pcs.), spring, and spring R2, and remove the platen
chassis from the base frame.
* Pull the bottom (where the mounting holes are located) of the platen chassis outwards
when removing the platen chassis.
* Open the cable holder of the auto cutter cable upwards and remove the cable.
