♦ Precaution when Mounting the SA Print Head and the Ribbon Mask
• When mounting the SA print head on the carriage, fit the boss into the corresponding hole for
positioning.
• Set the print head FPC while fitting into the groove on the carriage, and insert the print head
FPC into the connector. Use some tools and the insert-assisting holes (2 positions) when the
print head FPC.
• When mounting the ribbon mask on the carriage, fit the bosses into the corresponding holes
and slightly press the area near the ribbon mask fixing hole in the direction of the arrow.
