Setting line feed rate of minimum pitch
<1B> H <33> H <n>
0 ≤ n ≤ 255
The line feed rate per line is specified by n/360 inch.
Since an actual mechanical pitch is 1/203 inch, it is internally
converted approximate to the value specified with this
command.
The initial value is n = 60 (1/6 inch), being 4.23 mm line feed
rate.
