A carpet that was not installed by a certiﬁed professional carpet installer and in compliance with the current CRI

105 Standard for Installation of Residential Carpet is excluded. This warranty excludes costs associated with labor,

including but not limited to, on-site preparation, installation, removal, handling, and disposal of existing carpet,

carpet cushion and all other installation sundries, and moving furniture and ﬂoor ﬁxtures. This warranty does not

apply to conditions covered by any other warranty, applies only to the original carpet purchase, and is not extended

to your replacement carpet.

give you complete peace of mind when purchasing these products. You can be assured that these products are

among the best performing in the industry and are backed by a warranty package consistent with their performance.

Indulgence

Serenity Warranties

For complete peace of mind, the Indulgence

products offer our Serenity Guarantee. Not all of the Limited Warranties

listed in this brochure apply to every Indulgence carpet. The speciﬁc limited warranties for your carpet are listed on

your authorized Beaulieu

carpet dealer’s sample, which includes the duration of each such warranty. Indulgence

warranties include stairs. Replacement of carpeting on stairs will be limited to the stairs only and will not include

carpeting adjoining the stairs. Claims for stairs are limited to one (1) replacement and the replacement carpet is not

covered under the warranty. Indulgence

warranties are not transferable. The warranty details and requirements to

maintain these warranties are set forth elsewhere in this brochure.

In the event of an Indulgence

claim, if Beaulieu

, at its sole discretion, determines you have a valid warranty claim

with your Indulgence

carpet, we will replace your carpet. Labor is excluded from the Indulgence

warranties.

Costs associated with installation of replacement carpet, onsite preparation, removal and disposal of existing

carpet, cushion and installation sundries, moving furniture and ﬂoor ﬁxtures, or any other costs are speciﬁcally

excluded. These costs are your responsibility.

▪ During the ﬁrst ﬁve (5) years following your Indulgence

purchase, Beaulieu

will pay 100% of the cost of the

replacement carpet as noted in the Usage Guide found elsewhere in this brochure.

Carpet stain claims are limited to one (1) replacement, and the replacement carpet is not covered under the stain

warranty.

To maintain your warranty rights, you must comply with all installation and carpet care maintenance requirements

set forth in this brochure. Failure to comply with the warranty requirements in this brochure voids these warranties.

No claim will be considered if you fail to maintain a list of all products you have used to clean your Indulgence

carpet.
