Software Requirements
The Cisco Catalyst 4500 Series Supervisor Engine 6-E is supported only in Cisco IOS Software
and is not supported in the Cisco Catalyst Operating System Software. The minimum software
versions are as follows:

Supervisor Engine 6-E, Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(40)SG or later
Environmental Conditions

Operating temperature: 32 to 104ºF (0 to 40ºC)

Storage temperature: –40 to 167ºF (–40 to 75ºC)
