The Cisco Catalyst 4900M can be ordered as a fully configured system, including all port cards and optics, or as
spares. Part numbers for spares have = at the end.

Warranty
The Cisco Catalyst 4900M is warranted for one year. The warranty includes hardware replacement with a 10-day
turnaround from receipt of a return materials authorization (RMA).

Cisco Technical Support Services help ensure that your Cisco products operate efficiently, remain highly available,
and benefit from current system software to help you effectively manage your network service while controlling
