(config-if) shutdown
To shut down a specific hardware interface on a WAAS device, use the shutdown interface configuration
command. To restore an interface to operation, use the no form of this command.
shutdown
no shutdown
Syntax Description This command has no arguments or keywords.
Defaults No default behavior or values.

Examples The following example shows how to shut down a Gigabit Ethernet interface on the WAAS device:
WAE# configure
