Technical information

Front Panel
The following diagram shows the front panel of the IAD.
There are 4 lights (LED) found on the front panel. The tables below show the purpose of the 4 lights.
Never unplug your IAD while the light is blinking continuously. Instead, allow the image upgrade to be completed. If
you unplug the IAD during an image upgrade, the unit may become inoperable.
Rear Panel
The rear panel provides the following connectors:
Power Green. The Power LED lights up when the Phone Adapter is powered on and connected to the
Internet. It flashes when the Phone Adapter is not connected to the Internet. The LED also flashes
when the Phone Adapter is booting up or upgrading its firmware. The Power LED will turn Orange
when customization profile fails to load.
Ethernet Green. The INTERNET LED lights up when there is an active connection through the port. If the LED
is flashing, then there is traffic moving through that port.
Phone 1 Green. The PHONE LED is solidly lit when a telephone has an active or registered connection to
StarHub’s DV Global network through the corresponding port. It flashes when the phone is being
used or is off the hook.
