Viewing Phone, Network, and Call Information
The Cisco SPA 525G/525G2 provides menus to view information about your
phone.
Viewing Phone Information
To view information about your phone:
STEP 1 Press the Setup button.
STEP 2 Scroll to Status and press the Select button.
STEP 3 Select Product Information. You can view the following information:
• Product Name
• Serial Number
• MAC (Hardware) Address
• Software Version
• Hardware Version
• Certificate
• Customization
Viewing Network Information
To view network information for your phone:
STEP 1 Press the Setup button.
STEP 2 Scroll to Status and press the Select button.
STEP 3 Scroll to Network Status and press the Select button. You can view the following
information:
• Network Type
• Network Status
