Generates a log file for technical support through FTP. Note that this operation may take some time.

logger get support-file filename

Examples The following example shows how to generate a technical support log file (via FTP) named support.zip:

SCE8000>enable 10

Password:<cisco>

SCE8000#logger get support-file ftp://user:1234@10.10.10.10/c:/support.zip

SCE8000#

filename Name of the generated log file. The specified file must be located on an FTP

site, not on the local file system.
