Cisco MGM Client Error and Warning Messages
Error Message EID-700: An error occurred while saving node coordinates to the
database. Refresh the view and retry.
Recommended Action
Click the Refresh Data tool to refresh the view and recustomize the
coordinates.
Error Message EID-701: An error occurred while saving the node icon to the database.
Refresh the view and retry.
Recommended Action
Click the Refresh Data tool to refresh the view and recustomize the node
icons.
Error Message EID-703: An error occurred while creating the new link between the
selected nodes. Recreate the link.
Recommended Action
Recreate the link.
Error Message EID-704: Links must be created between two distinct nodes of compatible
type on the same network map. Recreate the link.
Recommended Action
Recreate the link between two distinct nodes.
Error Message EID-705: An error occurred while deleting selected link(s). Check the
communication status of the source and destination nodes.
Recommended Action
Click the Refresh Data tool to refresh the view and attempt to delete the link
again.
Error Message EID-709: An error occurred while opening the selected image file at
the specified file path.
Recommended Action
The selected image file does not exist in the selected file path. Select an image
file from the file list in the selected subdirectory.
Error Message EID-710: An error occurred while loading the node icon image. Retry.
Recommended Action
The image could not be loaded from the file you selected. Check the size of the
file and reload the icon image. The size of the map file should not exceed 100 KB.
Error Message EID-711: An error occurred while loading the default background map
image.
Recommended Action Exit the Cisco MGM client and retry. If the error persists, some map images
were deleted. Reinstall the Cisco MGM client.
