Troubleshooting Receiver Alarms
The following table shows the possible causes of receiver alarms and their solutions.

Module Temperature Mtemp High
Ambient temperature is too high
due to:
• A failure in the temperature
control system.
• Airflow through the rack has
been restricted or cut off.
• Prisma chassis cooling fans
are not operating properly.
Diagnose the problem
and repair or replace as
needed.
Ensure the airflow
system has not been
damaged or removed.
Repair or replace as
needed.
