New hardware revision of the Cisco TelePresence Quick Set SX20
August 2013, Cisco starts shipping a new hardware revision of the SX20 Codec, which is not
supported in older software versions except TC5.1.6. Information on serial number range will appear
in a later release note. There are no changes in functionality between the new and the old revision.
