Image Upgrade (NM-NAM)
The NM-NAM cards utilize three images: the application image. A helper image used to manage the NM-
NAM images, and a bootloader image used to boot the NM-NAM to the application image or helper image.
Any of these images can be updated by simply rebooting the NM-NAM into the helper image and selecting
the desire function.
Note: The bootloader or helper image are usually only upgraded on recommendation by technical support.
