random-detect precedence-based

To base weighted random early detection (WRED) on the precedence value of a packet, use the

random-detect precedence-based command in policy-map class configuration mode. To disable this

feature, use the no form of this command.

Syntax Description This command has no arguments or keywords.

Command Default WRED is disabled by default.

Usage Guidelines With the random-detect precedence-based command, WRED is based on the IP precedence value of

the packet.

Use the random-detect precedence-based command before configuring the random-detect

precedence command.

Use the random-detect precedence command when you configure a policy map.
