incoming signal.

PES15MinThresh The path threshold for errored seconds in a 15-minute or sliding 24-hour
window. An errored second is a second with one or more code violations at
that layer or incoming defects.

PSES15MinThresh The path threshold for severely errored seconds in a 15-minute or sliding
24-hour window. A severely errored second is one in which code violations
or incoming defects occurred.

PUAS15MinThresh The path threshold for unavailable seconds in a 15-minute or sliding
24-hour window. Unavailable seconds represent the number of seconds that
the interface is unavailable.
